For this piece, I wanted to make a clock like piece to emphasize the twelve colors on the color wheel, long with the different shades that coincide with each.

The idea behind this piece was the experience how different lightings can effect value. Through that concept, I took this idea of doing a black and white Toy Bonnie painting for my main idea.

This project was done on silk.
//
This was the first piece that I used one of my original characters. Cedrick was created and Cedrick the first, was done as a sketch. The second rendition was put on a silk canvas, which is an unique style of painting.

For this project I used Posca paint markers.
//
This was my first time ever using Posca markers, and to make this piece special, I wanted to do a graffiti styled painting. Furthermore, I thought it would appropriate to use the word, "spooky" since the spooky season had come. The paint splats and drips were really fun to make, as the whole process got me ready for the whole spooky month ahead.

This piece was mainly inspired by the medium I used for this project.
//
I used Posca paint markers for this piece.
//
The markers weren't the only inspiration, but an old animation style popularized in the 1920-30's era. This style of animation was called, "the rubber house cartoon." This style featured the big, gloved hands, cartoon eyes, and the thin-like limbs.
//
This process was definitely interesting, as I don't really use Posca markers in a lot of my art. However, as I continue to develop and perfect my art style, this was a fun medium to use.
